Group spectra from different spots into the same mzML file based on sample name in MALDI plate map. Option used for grouping data for downstream analysis (i.e. IDBac). Also added flag for barebones mzML metadata in case downstream analysis programs are not compatible with certain CV params (i.e. CVs for "timsTOF" or "psims").
