I believe it does by clustering ion mobility of the dia MS2 spectra. Do you have any data we could try testing with?

Hi @Chen-micslab , better support for diaPASEF data has been added with #44 . Closing this now that it has been added but feel free to reach out if you encounter any issues or bugs.
