Extended Customization Options

There should be some customization options to make each committee feel unique.

Currently, there exists:

• Title customization
• Light/dark mode (should never be used)

There could also be:

• Background theme change
• Primary color change
• Custom background images (refer to this upstream thread)

Even more customization options:

• Custom roundedness, font (taking advantage of Skeleton tokens?)
• Layout rearrangement
