Views cannot be created in 4.6.5 #22

I'm using Moodle 3.10. E-Portfolio plug-in has been upgraded. I was able to create a view in 4.6.4 Views cannot be created in 4.6.5 (Cannot be dragged and dropped)

Same issue im using Moodle 3.10 but I cannot drag in view
