Wip/status lists #82

Added lists for each status and updated user-agent

nyanpasu I was actually having trouble with compiling gtorrent-gtk on Windows with Version.hpp a little while back so I switched it to GVersion.hpp on my local copy just to build, I think it may be related to Windows case insensitivity and to numerous other version.hpp files in my include path. Besides that I need sleep so I'll perhaps take a look at that and a closer look at my problem tomorrow.

Yup, looks like it works. There's no tests, but I see no reason to fear merging it in. I'll write something up for you so we can implement this into gt-gtk (Once I get my ass to finishing off the fileviewlist)
