I took a stab at trying to fix it. Frankly, It's still retarded. I just don't agree with gt-core providing a 1:1 interface to libtorrent-rasterbar

Everything past line line 124 is a clusterfuck. I nominate just adding these functions as they are needed.

(Although maybe with the right settings the compiler will just not link the functions if they are not used at all. I'm not sure how to get this to happen, or even if it's possible.
