Use ini file instead of in file variables #3

Just moved the configuration variables to an external file loaded by configparser so it's easier to make changes to the code

Thank you for your pull request. That's a nice change, but it also needs at least a command line argument to specify the ini file location, an example ini file and some instructions.

I am closing this request because I created a new patch addressing some of the issues commented.
