Auto-Refresh Button #5

Setting a Check button that enables a combo button in order to select the auto refresh time . The combo button should be linked with a timer . While the check button is checked the Refresh button should be disabled and vice versa.

Timer that presents the remaining time between the interval for the next refresh is also setted
