can you (re)make the data available? #2

Hi @gtsitsiridis and @lkmklsmn, The interactive webtool at http://146.107.176.18:3838/Bleo_webtool_v2 is currently not available. I could actually replicate it and start browsing the data, using the code you provide here. Can you re-share the input data from Strunz et al. 2020.? The link provided for data download at https://github.com/theislab/2019_Strunz is also no longer active.

ps. I know data are available from GEO, but I guess some preprocessing would be required to make them in the form usable by the app.

Hi Francesco,

During a cyber attack a lot of servers were affected including the ones powering the Bleo webtool. In addition some of us have moved on to different roles. It is planned to bring these webtools back online but may take some time. You can download the underlying data from here. This should allow you to replicate the webtool wherever you decide to run it.
