Fix `config/locales/de.yml` #32

Fixes #31.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

@dkastl I missed that Weblate generated config/locales/de.yml file's root de property is missing. I added it manually, but it may be better to setup Weblate to generate root (lang) property automatically.
