Fixes removed deprecated jQuery API (.size()) error after Redmine 5.0.

@mopinfish (CC: @dkastl) Target branch is main, because next branch includes upcoming disabling supply/resource item deletion. And I will create similar PRs to Privacy and TextBlocks plugins.
