OS: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS bionic x86_64 Python 3.6.8 (default, Oct 7 2019, 12:59:55) pip 9.0.1

1、fetch.py 的main函数，把数据库名称写死了 2、requirements.txt 中的 pkg-resources==0.0.0 在ubuntu中有问题，移除即可解决 3、xrange 不识别，改为range即可 4、打印中文字符有问题

5、grafana.json 文件中中文乱码，尝试转码，失败
