Busybox httpd only binding to localhost #675

Hello. I just updated to the latest and added the new Web Server lines to my config file but I can't get to the web server. I used netcat on the camera and can get to it there. So I am assuming its only binding to 127.0.0.1. Not sure why. My config is below.

Sorry for the noise. For whatever reason this seems to be a platform issue for me. The page won't load in Safari or Chrome in IOS (regardless of whether I have it set to fetch the mobile version or the desktop version of the page), but will load fine on a Desktop (Chrome). Not sure why but that fixed my issue.
