Rwanda: Street sign positions visualized and filtered #20

It would be good to have the individual street sign positions visualized on the map (if we have that data), and only include them and not the entire street when the user does a search based on the current view frustum. Currently it gives back info for the entire street not just the portion of the street that is visible.

It might be that we do not have this data... I push the issue to Aram to investigate.
