BUG: Shouldn't SBOMs in the CycloneDX Folder be CycloneDX Format instead of SPDX? #2

Open up the files in the CycloneDX folder, and you'll see that they're the wrong format.

Addressed with https://github.com/guacsec/guac-data/pull/3, also updated poc output because of minor difference in the PURL ("-" vs ":") https://github.com/guacsec/guac/pull/173
