Update documentation based on v0.2.0 release

With the new release of GUAC, there were changes to the API with regard to the vulnerabilities, dependency and timestamps.

I am thinking that we should maybe have doc issues tracked in main GUAC repository as well? I think a few projects do this, thoughts?
