[feature] GUAC "cooking show" setup - making it easy to quickstart with GUAC #1577

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As brought up during the GUAC community meeting, it would be nice to have a pre-ingested GUAC instance so that a user can start using GUAC without going through a long ingestion process.

Describe the solution you'd like As part of GUAC release, create a container that does pre-ingestion which a user can run and directly run GUAC queries on

Describe alternatives you've considered Export a database and have users download them.. That would require a bit more of a tight coupling with the backend and more to do on the user's end.
