Such Green's tensor is an important theoretical quantities, which can be used 
to couple electromagnetic phenomena with other ones, e.g. the heat transfer 
(see http://dx.doi.org/10.1021/jp4033639 )

Calculating it seems rather trivial - set dipole incident field (issue 149) and 
compute near-field afterwards. However, making it convenient and 
computationally feasible is not trivial at all.
