Thanks for sharing codes of MGraphDTA .I have successfully got the images using Grad-AAM and I want to know the pretrained_model in the pakage was trained with ToxCast dataset or Davis dataset or KIBA dataset?

Thank you for your interest. The pretrained_model in the pakage was trained on ToxCast dataset.
