visualization problems: WCS & contours #277

Visualization.py within megaradrp is not plotting the WCS coordinates if only the --wcs-grid para meter is set (no --wcs-pa-from-header used).

Besides, when putting --wcs-grid if one adds contours then it generates a plot that is much larger than the LCB FoV (four/five times approx.).

Finally, when the rotation of PA is larger than 90, visualization misinterprets the sign of CDELT1. It only works is the sign of CDELT1 is changed by hand.
