Great idea! Complies with CC-BY!

I would suggest instead creating a History: namespace (and a History talk: namespace for the histories of the talk pages).

This is now implemented over at SDWiki. See, e.g., http://sdwiki.org/wiki/History:Samson_Design

Why not just import the whole page history since Deletionpedia is also a wiki? Refer: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Transwiki/exporting

This would be very useful: for example often some contents were removed before the archiving and you may wish to restore it or simply would like to know the history of the page (for example because of the edit summaries that explain removals and additions and so on).

If one undeletes an article with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:REFUND the page history is restored as well, it would be great if this could be done here too, at least as often as possible.

Maybe this could also allow restoring an article to Wikipedia after editing has occurred on Deletionpedia so the whole history is transferred to Deletionpedia then extended (more editing) and then transferred to Wikipedia again. If a page history can not be restored (due to bugs, or admins refusing the refunding, or the content being lost, etc) then the content retrieved the current way could be used as fallback. It would be good to add the page histories to articles retrospectively. Another reason for that is attribution to the authors, a good thing in general and possibly part of the CC license(!).
