When loading the first time

Show notification when detected to be in slow networks. Doesn't work for iOS tho — for that you can check kb speed for first 20sec or so.

Show progress bar while downloading files.

(XML dumps are preprocessed with xml2json before deploying to meteor or building phonegap stuff)
