What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to run latest version of MosaikAligner with -rur option, found it no
longer seems to be supported in MOSAIK 2.1
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Was expecting an output of unaligned reads.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I guess this isn't really an issue, but more of a request for support for the
-rur option. For many, this is quite an important feature of short read
aligners, as it allows troubleshooting of why certain reads are failing to
align.
