Segmentation fault (core dumped) MosaikAligner #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am using solid mate pair data..
2.

3.MosaikAligner -in reads.dat -out Aligned_mosaik_2.1.60.dat -ia 
reference_cs.dat -ibs reference.dat -hs 15 -mm 6 -mhp 100 -act 25 -j 
jumpdb_15.dat -p 8 -m all -gop 25 -annpe 2.1.26.pe.100.0065.ann -annse 
2.1.26.se.100.005.ann

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 0% [                                     ]                 -/var/spool/slurmd/job2208721/slurm_script: line 8: 23692 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) MosaikAligner 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mosaik version_2.1.60 on linux

Please provide any additional information below.
If i use solid fragment reads even then i get the error of base(50) and 
quality(49 ) dont match, I am thinking if i need to process the reads of solid 
before even doing the mosaik build?

what should i do????
