What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win.32bit, ver.1.0.1384 (only MosaikBuild ver.1.0.1307 because of end 
point error:ID47)

Please provide any additional information below.
message:

Processing reference sequence ~~~~: -inserting gaps into reference sequence...finished. -creating ungapped to gapped conversion table...finished. -writing assembly header..ERROR: Unable to open the ace header stream for writing.

I have the same ERROR: Unable to open the ace header stream for 
writing.
