colorspace conversion with mosaikbuild fails

- trimming leading and lagging N's. Mates with >4 interior N's will be deleted.

- parsing FASTQ file:
reads: 0 |ERROR: The number of qualities (44) do not match the number of bases 
(36) in 2_30_88.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I used the bfast tool to convert the input solid data files to fastq so I do 
not know what the source of the error is.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
linux

I still get this issue with the latest version...does it have something to do 
with too many "." in the color sequence code?
