MosaikDupSnoop is very slow with network storage #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MosaikDupSnoop to remove PCR duplicates from PE reads.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's very slow with network storage on linux cluster.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MosaikDupSnoop 1.0.1388, and centOS for linux cluster with 48GB RAM.

Please provide any additional information below.
MosaikDupSnoop is getting very slow once the number of PE reads is getting 
larger, and the last step of "consolidating results" never stops on linux 
cluster with netwrok storage.
