Hi, I'm trying to run mosaik on our cluster running SGE and i got the same
error displayed in issue 35.
Could this be the same reason? Is there anyway around it? Thanks!
This is the error message i received:
- converting ./hg19_fa/hg19.fa to a reference sequence archive.
- parsing reference sequences:
ERROR: Unable to create thread for progress counter.
