MosaikBuild error parsing PE Solid .csfasta/.qual

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I'm using Mosaik to align SOLID PE sequencing 50bp-35bp
2.When I used MosaikBuild to convert .csfasta and .qual into a dat file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't get an output file, Moskaik just parse my file forever. I can generate 
.dat file when using both file as fragment librairies. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mosaik-1.1.0021-Linux-x64.tar.bz2, on LinuxMint Release 1(debian), Kernel 
2.6.32-5-amd64, GNOME 2.30.2
