完善用户profile page #59

现在我们已经完成了用户profile的基本功能，但是创建profile时候的内容不精确。 在这个功能完成之后，用户应该可以在填写profile时候看到以下内容： 包括 ＊ 疾病：具体专业 ＊ 地点：精确到某小区的楼（自动侦测或手动输入） ＊ 生日：jQuery Date Picker ＊ 性别

@fmaj7 It's pretty cool to have datepicker for signup. Should we set Chinese as its default language? It cannot be translated using trans from django.
