Alternative CSS options do not appear when running through Apache reverse proxy #130

When I run SiaB through an Apache reverse proxy, I not get the options for 
Colour/Monochrome or Black on White/White on Black style sheets any more.

Is this the expected behaviour and can I do something about it?  Would this not 
happen if I run it as a .cgi script?

(using Debian 6.0 for the server and Google Chrome as the remote client)

The configuration options are completely unrelated to whether you are proxying 
the HTTP connection or not. I suspect that something else must be going on.

I'm thick.  It was because I was starting SiaB only using:

shellinaboxd -b --localhost-only --disable-ssl

..without any other arguments.  I've not edited the startup script with those 
options.

/etc/default/shellinabox is probably what you are looking for
