No Debian source package available #75

In addition to the binary .deb packages it would be nice to have a source
Debian package to cover all the more obscure architectures (like the different
ARM variants). I would also be willing to create binary ARM packages if you
wanted to make those available for each release. Thanks! Great project!

I put a link on the front page. Is that what you were looking for?

Those files will automatically get updated each time I cut an official release
(which incidentally I should do again soon).

Other than that, most users can probably just call dpkg-buildpackage. It'll
usually be even easier than building from the source package and it should
generally do the right thing. There is a minor difference between building this
way and building from the source packages. For details, check the "commit"
script.

If you would like to build binary packages for other architectures, the best
option would be for you to watch whenever a new release happens. I am not sure
if there is a good way to do this automatically. If everything else fails, I
can add code to the "commit" script that sends you e-mail when I cut a new
release. Let me know, if I need to do that.

Sorry, I see now that the tar.gz is just fine. Featuring it on the frontpage is
a good idea. Thanks.

Yes, an email notification would be great each time a new release is cut. You
can use taylor@braun-jones.com. In the meantime here is an armel build of
2.10-1.
