actions left to move over:

~~handleEnemiesAttackAvatar (avatar should sync hp from server and die when it drops to 0)~~
~~handle of relative movement of avatar~~
handleToggleDebugTool (this should just be a local work tho as long as we sync up all the avatar stats)
~~enable different layer~~
think about how to handle handleToggleMenu
