Inaccurate use case UC-021 #11

In the DG, use case UC-021 Access Command History includes additional steps that do not correspond to the UG. The UG lists view command history (via the history command) and access command history (via up/down keys) separately, but the DG combines them into one section.

Note that steps 1 and 2 are independent of steps 3 to 5, i.e. the user can use up/down keys to scroll through history without having to view all history first.
