Extra table header at bottom of page 8 of UG #14

An extra table header row appears at the bottom of page 8 of the UG:

This table header is duplicated on the next page of the UG, so it's quite unnecessary and shouldn't be there.

Cosmetic issue that does not hinder the reader. Ignored in line with forum post: https://github.com/nus-cs2103-AY2021S2/forum/issues/320

Reason for disagreement: I see that prof has suggested that these cosmetic flaws can be ignored. However, the CS2103 site says that severity.VeryLow bugs are intended for cosmetic flaws that don't affect usage:

severity.VeryLow: A flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage e.g., a typo/spacing/layout/color/font issues in the docs or the UI that doesn't affect usage.

But this is a cosmetic flaw that doesn't affect usage (significantly), so shouldn't it be a severity.VeryLow bug?
