Vague KEYWORD parameter description #15

The KEYWORD parameter description is vague. It says "For best usage: Use English characters only." What do 'English characters' entail? All the other descriptions are quite precise in what characters they cover (e.g. alphanumeric, symbols, etc) except this one.

The English alphabet consists of 26 alphabets. This is quite clear. After all, this is a suggestion for best usage only. It does not specify the exact parameters.
