Issue descriptions should be able to contain non-alphanumeric characters #4

The restriction of issue descriptions to only alphanumeric characters and spaces is overly restrictive and can be problematic in typical use.

Team's Response

The issue is severity is Low because this is a minor inconvenience. In given issue, "ice-cream" can become "ice cream" and that does not jeopardize what the description is conveying. The same can be said for other similar cases.
