Prioritises 'Liveblog' and 'Deadblog' design over 'features' - There are some old liveblogs (e.g https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/live/2017/nov/25/strictly-come-dancing-week-10-watch-live) which have both tags and they should be treated as live/deadblogs rather than features.
