Remove sending composer pages #39

What does this change?

Removes sending xml to composer pages, in favour of https://github.com/guardian/crosswordv2/pull/96

Warning Don't merge this until deployment can be co-ordinated with the PR linked above.

How to test

[x] Deploy to CODE in conjunction with crosswordv2, ensure it behaves as expected and composer pages are created once

How can we measure success?

Simplify the crossword uploaders.
