We now send the stage as a value to big query, rather than using separate endpoints. In addition, null values have been removed in favour of undefined.

we have a few breaking changes coming down the line for various packages, largely around peerDependency updates, which it would be good to batch. suggest we hold off releasing them individually to avoid a quick run of major versions
