[Bug]: Most viewed container not displaying #11313

What happened?

A reader has raised on Android web that the Most Viewed Container disappears and only reappears when reloading - refreshing their browser data by clearing the cache and restarting does not fix the issue

What is the impact?

It is at the least affecting Chrome users on Android. It does not look to be an issue on web. I am not able to reproduce the error every time.

Note that when I was able to reproduce the error, I was on Android chrome, I scrolled to the bottom of the page very quickly and I was in the office so signal was spotty. Who know which of these facts are red herrings!

We think this was temporary? Most viewed doesn't show on the adaptive website, perhaps related.
