World Cup abbreviations #8364

After fixing the Japan Abbreviation, some more incorrect abbreviations were pointed out by editorial

New Zealand – NZL Switzerland – SUI Republic of Ireland – IRL Nigeria – NGA Spain – ESP Costa Rica – CRC China – CHN Netherlands – NED South Africa – RSA Morocco – MAR South Korea – KOR

This needs to be updated in DCR (see https://github.com/guardian/dotcom-rendering/pull/8360 for reference) and in frontend (see https://github.com/guardian/frontend/pull/26371)

Both South Korea and South Africa seem to be abbreviating to SOU
