What is the value of this and can you measure success?

To expose more articles and make them eligible for affiliate links (hence more revenue) This is a result of the Disclaimer message being reduced in length PR here, so we can now reduce the minimum char length of the 2nd paragraph.

Success will be measured by reducing the minimum char length and displaying the disclaimer, whilst also ensuring the whitespace around potential paragraphs are not too extreme.

What does this change?

We have a logic to detect the character length of the 2nd paragraph in an "affiliatable" article, currently set at 250. Please see slides for different lengths
