Document how to point to CODE CAPI

What does this change?

I recently needed to do this and found it a bit awkward to figure out: hopefully this guide should help people in the future.

A question for reviewers: is it ok to put the URLs to concierge and bonobo in the docs? (I reckon it’s fine, but I understand if others feel differently!)

Now that I think about it, it might be good to mention https://github.com/guardian/dotcom-rendering/issues/10538 here, as it may affect whether someone will get any benefit from running things locally like this (it’s made it a lot less less useful for me).

Haven’t got time to do this recently, so have merged this PR as-is. Will try and come back to doing this.
