World Cup Wall Chart links #4397

Group A,B,C etc need to link to their tags for each of the group - they currently just go to the World Cup 2014 page. Fixtures and Results shouldn't be a link, so should become black type.

Bosnia and Herzegovina should elipsis (it's the only team that needs to) image
