Bump to latest version of pandomain-auth - this is apparently supposed to be seamless and not as multiple-major-versiony as it looks. This could potentially help us with an upgrade of bouncycastle as it is in pandomain-auth's dependency tree, which for which there is a high vulnerability with our current version (1.70).
