What does this change?

This updates the email copy for both the reminder email and key delete email that go out to users regarding the extension/deletion of their keys.

Changed email subject to make it clear the emails are about Guardian keys
Changed incorrect signature
Changed "keys" to "key" as we no longer batch delete keys.
