What does this change?

It doesn't remove Steve Bell from contracted illustrators but rather indicates he is not current, in keeping with what we do with staff photographers no longer working for us.

It changes the example illustrator shown in the "Advanced Search" instructions from Steve Bell to Nichola Jennings.

Tested? Documented?

Neither - edits in GitHub by a former Grid PM.
