@philmcmahon or @akash1810 - do you know why this was reverted?

Alex recons it was reverted because it didn't work, since gem needs brew gem to be installed at parse time. But I still think it would be nice if marauder could be installed with Brew to better integrate with our preferred approach for setting up laptops (strap). I'll add this to my todo list.

@davidfurey yep it failed because of issues with ruby. My normal steps for helping someone install marauder are to get them to install RVM and then to install marauder with gem, but it's hard to get RVM to install with brew
