Remove firefox #31

As it has a profile error when you launch it

If you delete ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/ before first launch the profile error goes away. Could this be automated as part of the build process?

Yeah this actually causes probems even if firefox is installed manually. I think maybe installing browsers might be too opinionated though, not sure.

Closed as this will at least install alongside firefox normal edition (whereas chrome won't)
